facial recognition using PCA

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help me develop a facial recognition project using Python and Principal Component Analysis (PCA). I have an existing dataset that will be used to train the facial recognition model so I can identify specific individuals. The key requirement is for the final system to be able to accurately identify the specific faces in the dataset and distinguish them from one another. The freelancer should have deep expertise in Python coding and PCA in order to build a robust facial recognition system. If successful, the successful candidate could be asked to work on additional projects afterwards.
