extract sub-images with opencv from an image -- 2
Budget: €8 – €20 EUR
I have an image containing handwritten symbol , I would extract all sub images from this text(getting one image per element ), using opencv.
I would like a python program to do this.
The symbols having differint sizes.
Attention: I want a sub image per element, I am not interested in recognizing the character .
