UI engineer for a web app (3-4 inner pages)

Our project is a SaaS tool for individuals or small groups. We are launching our MVP to seed users, and refining the user flow right now. We need someone to help us implement the front end of the website with a list of user interactive components.
We need a UI engineer that is very familiar with ReactNative, Vue, and familiar with HTML5, and Javascript, and have a good understanding of python or other backend languages. The ideal candidate should have worked with React for 2 years and follows good coding principles. Preferably we can work together long-term, but totally OK with a one-off project.
