emotion recognition using face and voice analysis

I am seeking a freelancer to develop an emotion recognition system using face and voice analysis. This system should be able to recognize both facial and vocal expressions of emotion. The system should be able to analyze and interpret the data collected from these expressions, in order to accurately identify and categorize emotions. The results of the analysis should be outputted in a text format. Additionally, I am not looking for this system to store the emotion recognition data.
