email address validator python

I am looking for a Python programmer to create an email address validator that I can use to verify if an email address exists. The validator should be able to work with any email service provider, regardless of the service used, and should provide a high accuracy rate of over 90%. I have identified a few specific providers and would like the validator to be tailored to their standards. The end goal is to create a reliable and efficient validator that can detect whether an email address is valid or not.
I expect the programmer to have knowledge of and experience with python language and be able to properly incorporate various functions that can identify inaccurate email information. To test the program’s success, I ask the programmer to provide me with a set of sample email address that the validator successfully validates as well as a list of email addresses that the validator identifies as invalid.
If successful in its development, I plan on using this validator for a variety of applications and would like the programmer to offer support after the project’s completion. If you are confident in your ability to satisfy this requirement, please contact me.
