drone detection using hikvision ptz dome camera

I am working on a project wherein we need to capture the live view fron the hikvision ptz dome camera and detect only drones. The software must be able to distinguish between drones and birds and must only detect drones upto 1 km range. On positive detection of drone the software must be able to ptz the camera on to the drone and get its image in the centre of the frame. Also it must raise a audio alarm on detection of drone.
