AI driven education automation platform

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop an AI driven education automation platform where users input objectives, and within 2 minutes, the AI generates a professionally designed lesson.
--User would need to input about 3 objectives to make one full chapter. But the design is already there, ai propagates the wording to go inside the correct fields.
--You have to able to implement NLP algorithms to understand and process natural language input, utilize algorithms for content generation, considering context, learning objectives and pedagogical principles?
