To develop a Python/API batch script

The scripts must be written in Python to perform the XML data validation, file rename, insert the entry into DB etc. The validated XML files to be converted into JSON. The ultimate goal is to convert the huge volume of XML files to JSON by calling the conversion API's.

I need a developer who has a strong Python, API knowledge and can provide support for a longer period.
