detect invoice text

I am looking for someone to detect text from printed English invoices. I need a system that can be tailored to our needs and can handle less than 1000 invoices. The system must be capable of extracting textual information such as invoice numbers, dates, items, total cost etc. from these invoices. Ideally, the system should also parse text data from tables and recognize handwriting on invoices (with optional accuracy control). I am looking for a freelancer who can develop and test such a system with a reasonable amount of time and cost. It is important to note that the system should be highly efficient and accurate in extracting and parsing textual data.
