desktop utility to create pdf files and excel data from json files

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a desktop utility for Windows that will allow me to efficiently create PDF files and Excel data from JSON files. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in developing desktop applications and be proficient in working with JSON files.

Operating System Compatibility:
- The desktop utility should be compatible with Windows.

User Interface:
- The utility should have a graphical user interface (GUI) to provide a user-friendly experience.

Functionality:
- User is asked to browse a zip file
- the zip file contains multiple json files
- extract the data after decoding a particular field from each of the json file
- this json data if of an invoice
- Create a PDF file in format of an invoice per json file
- Merge the data from all the json files into one excel sheet
- Save all pdfs and merged excel file created in the source directory of the zip file ( or give option of save location )


Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in working with JSON files and data manipulation.
- Experience in developing desktop applications for Windows.
- Strong knowledge of PDF and Excel file generation.
- Familiarity with GUI development.
