To define the architecture for an industrial software standarisation project

I am searching for an experienced Freelancer with skills in designing software architectures to help me define the architecture of a software standardisation project for the manufacturing industry. The architecture needs to be scalable to meet the requirements of the project. I need help defining a software architecture that will complement existing industrial standards. This software architecture should lay the foundation for a solution that is future proof and can be easily updated and maintained.
The first concept is to build the calculations on Python, the main frontend and backend on Javascript and the industrial interfaces on Node Red. The system has to be hosted in an industrial PC based on Windows 10 IoT or Raspberry, because the software is critical in order to the industrial factory production.
We need also to define the secutiry features of the softwar + hardware system
The Freelancer I hire must be able to define the correct framework and architecture to ensure that everything runs smoothly. They should also be able to develop guidelines and protocols to ensure the success of the software architecture.
It is important that the Freelancer has knowledge of the best practices in software development and has experience in creating tailored software architectures that are up-to-date with modern industrial technologies. Knowledge and experience of the manufacturing industry would also be an advantage.
The Freelancer should have an understanding of costs and have an eye for detail. It is essential that they are able to communicate clearly to ensure successful delivery on the project.
