deep learning model

I'm looking for a freelancer to build a deep learning model for me that is capable of carrying out image recognition tasks with high accuracy (90% and above). The freelancer will need to source an appropriate dataset for the task which can be used to train the model. The model will be required to carry out inference on the data and must be capable of good generalization, meaning it should be able to focus on new tasks with minimal retraining. The goal is to optimize the model so it provides consistently accurate results. the problem is binary classification
