databrick developer for gdelt data based ESG score python-scala-AI skills

need a databrick developer who can generate ESG score based on gdelt data should be good in python-scala-AI skills

i need someone who can write soliton for me and it should work in below way:
1. I will enter company name and country code
2. system should take all data from gdelt and store in (either CSV or Database)
3. it should calculate ESG score and display result
