A data science project -- 2
Budget: ₹600 – ₹650 INR
I am looking for assistance on a mini data science project(an extended question only :) ) . The main objective of the project is to perform data analysis with a preference towards the Python programming language. Predicting a person's mental state using the given data.You have been given a dataset that contains data about a person and their mental state. Your task is to perform Exploratory Data Analysis on the given dataset, Preprocess the data and train a classification model that can predict a persons mental state provided all other data about them. You will have to make a Kaggle submission and also submit your notebook file.
For a sample submission, refer to sample_solution.csv file in the Data section
Your notebook should contain the following:
1) Exploratory Data Analysis
Your free to explore the data and give your own EDA
Some things you can include are
Correlation Matrix or Heatmap
Plots of your own choice that may help extract useful information
2) Statistical Data Analaysis
Find the distribution of the data.
You can include plots like histograms.
Note the effect of outliers if any.
3) Data Cleaning and preprocessing
To clean the data and make it suitable for modelling
Use your preferred method of preprocessing.
4) Data Modelling
To create a predictive classification model and make predictions for the data in Test.csv
To display the Confusion Matrix of your model.
I have a specific dataset that will be used for the project, so the data is already sourced and ready to go. I'm excited to see what we can accomplish in this project using data analysis skills!it’s for a competition to get selected into datascience club in my college. I have exams now , so I am outsourcing it.
