data analysis from excel files (approx. 5000 rows) generated with similar data from different dates

I have a python program which connects to an api and pulls data and generates an excel file (approx. 5000 rows) with current date, I need a program or a tool which can analyze this data over time. I want to track how prices and quantities are changing over time like last 7/15/30 days.

You can use python/java/tableau/qlikview/power bi or any other tool, I do not have any preference but I should be able to run on my own to analyze data in future.
