CCXT crypto currency volume screener

i want to create a python script using the CCXT library where i can easily spot candles with significantly higher trading volume compared to the recent average, which may indicate important market activity. Basically, I want to take the volume of the previous completed candle on any timeframe and compare it to the average volume of the previous 7 candles prior to the previous completed candle. please see the sample format.
