creation of APIs in Django

I provide the swagger file containing the documentation of 26 APIs.

I require the development of these APIs with the following specifications:
- Django 4
- Django Rest Framework
- place the app on www.domain.com/api/
- carry out the unit tests of the code
- Postgres database
