create a python/ FastAPI based API for Snowflake

Hello,

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a python and FastAPI based API for Snowflake.
For starters the API should have the following

API Calls:

DatabaseConnectionStart
DatabaseConnectionStop
Insert
CreateTable
Update
Fetch
FetchAll
Drop
Delete
Log


In addition to this there should be additional functions for :

Error Logging
Call monitoring : what calls have been made historically

The API should be robust and detailed. Testing and development will be handled on your end.
