create a api, deploy on kubernetes and with terraform

I am looking for a talented developer to help create an API for my business. The API should be written in the Python programming language and its purpose will be for retrieving data from our systems. We will need to create the infrastructure from scratch in order to deploy the API on Kubernetes along with Terraform. The developer should have experience in working with Kubernetes and Terraform.
