copy a website

I need somone who is good at web development, especailly frontend, I want to make a website like the one(pm me I will send to you), it basically many different text form, and dynamic form, then autocomplete form, also some variable selections, you must know nodejs, frontend you can use nextjs, or react, or any framework(send me your skill set), and backend you should know python or nodejes, the project is not that complicated, you must:
fluency in english
5 years+ experience in web dev
rich experience with web api
it's better if you can do with tailwindcss
