conplex GUI/UI customization on renpy

I'm looking for an experienced renpy programmer. My artist finished designing the GUI/UI of my renpy project, but I'm a complete newbie so I have no idea how to program it. A programmer friend was willing to program it for me, but they got stuck. They don't know how to program the customized volume bars of the settings screen. Additionally, they don't know how to program the scrollbar of the history screen either. I'm looking for someone who can do that. Here I add the picture of what the settings screen is supposed to look and the picture of what it looks right now. And also, a picture of what I want the history screen to look like.
