connect AWS textract to webserver

I am in need of a project that will integrate Amazon Web Services Textract service to a webserver using Python. I do not have any existing code to use so the integration will need to be written from scratch. Additionally, once the integration is complete, it needs to be tested to ensure that it is working properly.
