A computer science project based on budget planning which comes with a new feature gamification the project should be made on python and all the details of the coding done should be mentioned as to why has it been used

I am looking for a coding professional who can help me with a budget planning project that includes a new feature called gamification. The project should be developed using Python, and it is important that all the coding details are well-documented and explained. The SRS and SDS for the project is given but can be changed slightly according to the project.
