E-commerce Python RPA Procedure Integration

I need a Python expert with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to create a procedure that automates electronic purchases on dzrt.com and integrates it with a Telegram bot.
Key Requirements:
- Procedure Creation: Your main task will be to create a Python RPA procedure that can log in to dzrt.com and automate the process of selecting and purchasing products. You will need to handle the scenario of a product being out of stock in a specific manner, which in this case is to notify me and proceed with the rest of the order.
- Telegram Bot Integration: The Python RPA procedure should be able to interact with a Telegram bot. The bot will be used to provide me with notifications on product availability and other relevant information during the purchasing process.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Python: You should be very well versed in Python, as the entire procedure is to be implemented in this language.
- Experience in RPA: Experience in the field of Robotic Process Automation will be a huge advantage for this project.
- Familiarity with Telegram Bot API: Knowledge of the Telegram Bot API will be necessary for integrating the automated procedure with the Telegram bot.
I chose dzrt.com as the purchasing platform for this project because it has a wide range of products, but it often has products out of stock. This is why I need the procedure to notify me when a product is out of stock and continue with the purchase. Your expertise in handling these requirements seamlessly is crucial.

بهدف متابعة منتجات مختارة في متجر الكتروني محدد ( متجر ديزيرت ) وتنفيذ عمليات الشراء في حال تحقق بعض الشروط كتوفر المنتج للشراء او وجود عروض وخصومات. مع ضرورة وجود طلب لبدء عملها للبحث عن المنتجات فلا تقوم الاداء بالبحث المستمر بشكل عشوائي او مستمر.
من المطلوب ان تكون الاداة تعمل طوال الوقت 24/7 وتتابع الصفحات بتحديث مستمر لها ويمكن استخدام السيرفرات الافتراضية VPS لتثبيت الاداة وتشغيلها او اقتراح طريقة اخرى افضل.
مع ضرورة ربط نتائج الاداة مع رسائل التلجرام ومن تلك التنبيهات من خلال بوت خاص بها واهم التنبيهات هي:
- في حال تعطل الاداة
- في حال تنفيذ عملية شراء مع معلومات العملية
- في حال طلب رقم تحقق لتنفيذ الشراء ويتم الرد من خلال البوت لتزيد الاداة بالرقم
- رسالة تنبيه بتوفر المنتج مع رابط الوصول
- رسائل تنبيه تخص حالة الاشتراك.
مع ضرورة ان يكون بناء الاداة بشكل مرن ومستدام وقابل للمتاجرة بها بإضافة مستخدمين اخرين يودون متابعة منتجات محددة من نفس المتجر بحيث يكون هناك نموذجين للعمل:
اولا: بمنحهم عدد معين من طلبات تنفيذ اجراء الشراء بحيث تقوم الاداة بمتابعة الموقع لحين تنفيذ اشراء بواسطة رصيد المحفظة.
ثانيا: منح مدة اشتراك لإرسال تنبيهات في التلجرام تفيد بتوفر المنتج ومرفق بها رابط صفحة المنتج. مع ان تكون ادخال فترة الاشتراك بشكل آلي بحسب الآلية التي سيتم تخديدها لاحقا. وتتوقف التنبيهات عند انتهاء الاشتراك.
مع افضلية ان تكون للداة قاعدة بيانات معيكلة لتسجيل العمليات وتغذية الاداة بالبيانات المطلوبة لعمليها
