E-commerce Data Scraping
Budget: $80 – $200 USD
I am looking for a highly skilled data analyst or web scraper, proficient in Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms.
The task involves:
- Using Python to scrape a sample size of 2000 product details specific to the "Health and Beauty" category in Vietnam marketplace
- Gathering specific details from each product including price, number of purchases, customer reviews, title, description, specifications, rating, category/sub-category, seller, and user comments.
- Exporting the data into excel sheets as in attachments
- Provide documentation detailing the scraping process and data format.
- Provide code that is modular, well-documented, and easy to maintain.
Ideal skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Web Scraping
- Knowledge of E-commerce platforms, Shopee in particular
- Familiarity with the "Health and Beauty" category on e-commerce platforms
- Informed in Data Analysis
- Proven track record in similar data-driven market researcher roles.
- Understanding Vietnamese is a bonus
