collecting tweets using python

I am looking for a professional in python to develop me a python code that help me in collecting large number of tweets from Twitter based on keywords that I select and the number of tweets that i also choose.
I have Twitter developer account and I am allowed to download up to 2 millions tweets.
I can provide the developer with my account details like consumer_key ...etc.
I need all tweets to be save in excel formal.
i need the follwing data from each Tweets:
1- the Twitter ID.
2. the tweet text.
3, number of like
4. number of retweets.
5. number of Twitter user followers.
6. date of tweets..
7. Time of Tweets.
8. country of Twitter user.
