My code must get a browser tab URL with python

I'm very new to python and I'm trying to just print the url of an open website in Browser on my code. I found some methods, however old and that didn't worked with what i need. Currently my code detects the title of the application that was open, "time in" and "time out", but I couldn't integrate something that print on terminal the URL of website
