I am looking for a developer to create a chatGPT Plus Bot for use on Telegram. The main functionality of the bot will be to generate responses based on machine learning to handle user queries.
The process is simple, I want to connect an API from chatGPT Plus with a Telegram bot so that users can use chatGPT Plus on our Telegram bot.

So the bot must ask the user for a unique code that I generate and deliver to the client.
