change odoo 12 app into odoo 14

My company has an app that is running on Odoo 12 and we're seeking a developer to help make changes and upgrade it to version 14. The changes would be made to the current app, and we have access to its code which is important for efficient implementation and accuracy. Our goal is to have the same functionality and features from the current version, with the added benefits and upgrades available with Odoo 14. We're looking for a skilled and knowledgeable professional with Odoo development experience who is comfortable working with existing code, and can make various improvements and enhancements in the process.
