catch data from websocket, store and calculate in real time

Store tick data (NSE FN0) from angel broking websocket API using python, store in redis temporarily and then write the data in main DB (pqsql etc.) periodically. Also, convert tick data to minute and check if the latest candle close is above a certain value.
