build software tool to connect to server using RDP and start app executable from that server

I am looking for a skilled developer to build a software tool that will allow me to connect to a server using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and start an executable application from that server.

Operating System: The software tool should be compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems.

Preferred Programming Language: Any programming language is fine, just need executable that opens the rdp connection and start the exe from server.
