build me a small website using Flask

I need a webpage that can accept some parameters from users and based on the user input, a backend python program should filter the dataset and retrieve the results and show the output back on the webpage as bar graph and pie charts. The logic about the data processing using python will be provided from my end. The major part is with the integration of my backend logic with flask.
