build backend and frontend for routing delivery tool / no frameworks

we are running a python script on server with google OR tools and openroute matrix lookup to calculate delivery tours. Now that we have route calculation, we need backend and frontend for users, similar to "optimoroute", also small database needed.

We want a low-maintenance software and therefore without frameworks.
