build automation with Make + twillio for a whatspp chatbot
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to build an automation system using Make and Twillio for a WhatsApp chatbot. The chatbot should be able to perform the following tasks:
- Collect user information (the user will send an xls file to WhatsApp bot and it will be parsed to individual clients) which the bot will contact to collect debt (the info is in the xls)
- Ask users for payment (including connection to an Israeli payment gateway)
there will be different chats (like the initial ask for payment and if the client selects "another" he will be able to chat with me or do a partial payment) etc.
The preferred programming language for the chatbot is Make and if needed then can use Python as well.
There is no CRM/db so can be used any airtable or Google sheet or anything else.
bot msgs should be able to edit and use parameters
The estimated timeline for the project is 1-2 weeks.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in Make and Python
- Experience in building chatbots and automation systems
- Knowledge of Twillio API and integration with WhatsApp
