build NXware plugin

I want to build NXware plugin

I want to make plug-in frame work for this solution.

- 1 ) yolo based plug-in frame work using python
- 2) doc how to build plug-in

Condition
- 1) All of project payment will be paid after check result
there are no upfront project cost

- 2) once bid project cost, it will not negotiation, it is waste of time, so, pls confirm project bid price before apply

- 3) Goal of this project is build plugin for NXWare, so performance of Yolo doesn't care for now

- 4) U can ask NXWare evaluation license on that site, they will send evaluation license within 2 or 3 days.
