bootstrapping fluxcd with codecommit

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with bootstrapping FluxCD with CodeCommit. I have experience with both of these tools and my primary goal for this project is to automate deployment processes. I require an individual with a strong understanding of Python, as this is the preferred programming language for this project. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:
