AI-based document interaction application

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an AI-based document interaction application with the following features:

- Document summarization: The application should be able to summarize PDF documents and suggests questions using AI algorithms.
- Information extraction from documents
- Interaction with documents (search, ask questions)
- The application must support several languages (Eng, Fr, Sp)

Programming Language and Platforms:
- No preference: You can use any programming language or platform that you are comfortable with.
- we are open to using free or paid API from existing solutions

Timeline:
- 1-3 months: The project should be completed within this timeframe.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with natural language processing and optical character recognition would be beneficial.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI algorithms, AI APIs, and document processing would be a plus.
