AI-based Expense Categorizer Google Add-on

I need a Google Sheets add-on with AI capabilities. The core functionality should be categorizing expense heads from a selected column. This feature should be able to sort all expenses into categories like Travel expenses, Office supplies, and Marketing expenses. Experience in Python is a plus since there's an existing demo code in Python. This project should be completed ASAP, therefore a fast response and deep understanding of Google Sheets add-ons would be advantageous.
