AI-based Call Recording Transcriber & Analyzer

I'm looking for a skilled Python developer with AI and transcription background to create a software that can transcribe call recordings in Indian languages (primarily Hindi, Bengali, Tamil) to English. The software should also be able to analyze the call content and provide insights around various parameters such as call category, summary, learnings, service rating, incremental learnings, and problem criticality.
Key requirements include:
- AI Integration: The software should incorporate AI technology to transcribe the call recordings and translate them to English. Since I'm not sure on the specific model or technology for this, I'm open to suggestions from freelancers.
- Transcription and Translation: The software should be able to handle MP3 and WAV file formats for the call recordings.
- Data Analysis: It should be capable of identifying key call points and metrics like call category, summary, learnings, service rating, incremental learnings, and problem criticality.
- Output: The end result should be in an Excel format which can be easily shared and analysed.
Ideal freelancer would possess:
- Proficiency in Python and AI technologies.
