azure ml Realtime inference

hello , I have at azure ml project the require to feed csv data from at container that is update on Realtime into many pipelines and do Realtime inference and then public those results to api and also into power bi , I do have at .net scrip that take alpaca trades data then is resample into : 1,5,10,30 and 60 minutes bars , I will like to have all process performance on azure python sdk notebook , can you do it , y also need to have some python libraries install into my azure work space .
