automating stable diffusion tasks

We need to write custom scripts to for this

We need to generate 100s of image sequences from video input using various command line parameters, such as different seed.

a workflow could be:

read csv file
launch SD via command line with the parameters read from csv file
wait for it to finish
read next row of parameters

We dont need someone who has experience with ML necessarily, this is about writing automations. Familiarity with https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui would help a lot.
