automated scoring of the handwritten test papers

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an automated scoring system for handwritten tests that will be submitted in image format and are written in English(Mathematical number ). The system will need to evaluate the papers and provide just the detail score (like marks obtained in each questin and at last the final score by the adding the each component and it should reflect all the details in excel sheet) - it will not be required to provide any detailed feedback. The aim is to create an accurate and efficient scoring system that will be able to deliver quick results. Developing a reliable, secure, and user friendly software is paramount for this project. The ideal candidate will possess experience developing automated scoring systems with prior knowledge in both computer vision and natural language processing being advantageous.
