auto sync file

hello i am looking for a freelancer who can help me syncing a file between computers (node) so my app connects to any available file
show running time (duration of connected time "percentage") reward distribution by availability time and connected to username and password
this should be easy to install including qr reader for usernames authentication
a good example of what i am looking for is chia networks
