auto login / python scraper

Greetings:
I have a need for someone who knows Python well to go over an existing program designed to log in to a particular website (golf course), select a tee time, and reserve the tee time. The original program worked quite well, but the course occasionally tweeks its algorithms, which impacts this program's ability to keep up with the website tweaks.
I need someone to:
- Establish a dialog with me about the exact needs
- Review the website I provide and the existing code
-Modify the python code to satisfy the needs
- get the program back onto my computer successfully.
- Provide ongoing support to quickly make changes as the website changes.
At the present time, this is all being done on my local machine. If you can fix this program relatively easily, I would like to explore the possibility of making this more web or app based so I can do the program anywhere.
My last programmer did a great job with the initial requirements, but for some reason has become non-responsive, so I am putting this back out to bid.
My selection criteria for this will be: ease of communication / understanding of the project needs, ability to deliver quickly, cost, ability to be available for ongoing maintenance, and vision to modify this to an app based format.
