Re-arrange files in the server - Python developer

need a python programmer I get a zip file every day. I want to extract those files on the server and remove .TXT files then and re-zip folders and files individually and add them to particular folders on the server. basically need to rearrange the files as they are currently on the server. after completing the process remove the unzipped directory.
