api to get health of server

I am looking for a skilled Python programmer to develop an API to get the health of a server. This will be for my own personal use and will require authentication. The project should be built using Python, and any other related programming languages. I need someone who is experienced in creating APIs and can work hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. Experience in developing APIs for server health is an advantage.
