annotate (label) pictures or video for python object detection

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me annotate (label) pictures for a python object detection project.
Media Type: Pictures
Number of Media: 5500 pictures
Requirements:
- There are cars on a 2way road. The incoming cars or cars in front must be so annotated, that those cars do not get blinded via high beam headligt. So the annotation must cover at leas all windows where a passenger or driver can get blinded via light.
- Familiarity with python object detection algorithms
- Experience in image annotation and labeling
- Attention to detail and accuracy in labeling objects
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in python programming
- Knowledge of object detection algorithms and libraries (such as Yolo, TensorFlow, Keras, or OpenCV)
- Previous experience in image annotation and labeling projects
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines for accurate annotations
