add two features to python scraper

I want to add 3 functionalities on this scraper script: https://github.com/datawhores/OF-Scraper

1- Auto reply to Direct Messages using OpenAI's api
2- A telegram bot that sends the initial message and generated response to a user and asks to accept or decline the automated message
