add features to a django app -- 2

i have a job marketplace app that i want to add new features to, the app runs on django.

currently, when a candidate creates a profile, we use indeed.com api to search for jobs that match the candidate's profile and based on the candidate's payment plan, we then send job alerts to the candidates via email.

now, i want to change the design a little bit, allow recruiters to create profiles instead of using third-party api, and match candidate profiles with the recruiters based on the recruiters' subscription plan.
