add an ASR and diarization to a ML Program

I have 2 ML programs that have Automatic Speach Recognition (ASR) and speaker diarization in them. They are not very good though and I am looking to have an improved model implemented with these two programs. I am happy t use an open-source program to get this done. Please include in your letter to me how long you think it will take you to complete this project.
